I am very impressed with Technorati

Today I emailed a few questions/concerns to Technorati about the way it keeps up with my posts and the fact that it didn't show many of the links to my site that it should have. I didn't actually expect to get anything solved, or even a response, but I was pleasantly surprised. Within the course of just a few hours this evening, I've corresponded 3 times with a Cheyenne Rene, a Technorati employee. She was very polite and helpful: she went to my blog and tried to search for the most recent post, found it in the results, and told me about it. She also referred me where to send the missing results links. To top it all off, she even made a friendly and personable comment about that specific post she read and mentioned how the new Firefox extension she learned of because of my post would be invaluable to her! It brought a smile to my face and a new respect for the folks at Technorati. Thanks!
