Exporting Illegals 101

President Bush minced no words when he described his intentions towards illegal aliens:

"Our goal is clear -- to return every single illegal entrant, with no exceptions."

Sounds good, but how in the world are we gonna accomplish that? We don't have the manpower currently, and the cost would be incredibly high. Thankfully, Jay Leno described the solution in a recent monologue:

A Washington think tank has concluded that the job of finding and removing all illegal immigrants from the United States would cost over 200 billion dollars, and take over five years. That is, unless we hire illegal immigrants to do it, then it would cost us a tenth of the normal price.
