Kerry's post-election inconsistency
Failed presidential nominee John F. Kerry was interviewed by Geraldo Rivera today. I noticed an interesting contradiction: First the story notes Kerry thinks he lost the election because of the video Osama bin Laden released two days before America voted:
"Rivera said Kerry said the tape came out too late for his camp to rebut and the Democratic campaign couldn't counteract it in time for the Tuesday election."
Yet six paragraphs later the story contends that "[t]he tape caused Kerry to revive his contention that Bush missed an opportunity to capture or kill bin Laden during the Afghan war."
So the Kerry campaign didn't have time to rebut the video, but they did have time to sling the "Bush coulda-got-Osama" mud? Somehow I'm not buying that......
"On another note, Kerry is thanking supporters in an e-mail for moving voters, holding Bush accountable and for helping counter 'the attacks from big news organizations' such as FOX News." (aka the pro-Kerry love-fest of the liberal media wing of the Democratic party)
