What about the freedom from nudity?

A federal court struck down as unconstitutional a local Daytona Beach law outlawing public nudity. The reason? It's a violation of freedom of speech rights.

So, according to the courts, the right to air certain political ads within 60 days of an election is speech not worth protecting, but women walking around topless in a public place is? I bet Pee Wee Herman is hacked that he didn't wait just a few years to pull his exposure stunt .

This is why I'm glad to have Roberts, Scalia, Thomas and (likely) Alito on the Supreme Court.
