Paychecks increase with education
I think we all know this by now, but here are some stats from USAToday last week.
How much workiers 18 and over earned on average in 2004, based on education levels:
Advanced degree - $74,602
Bachelor's degree - $51,206
High school diploma - $27,915
No high school diploma - $18,734

It seems more than worth it to spend 40,000 on a decent education. You'll more than make up for it within a few years of earning 50-70 thousand a year.
Yeah, let's hope the 20 grand a year I shell out pays off...
