The latest flip-flop

Didn't Kerry say a few weeks ago that he'd have the troops out in 6 months? Well now he says he'll have them out in 4 years. This reminds me of the montage of Clinton soundbites I saw once that showed Clinton promising a balanced budget in 4 years, then 6 years, then 8 years, then 78 years......Once again Kerry can't nail down a position. To quote Zell Miller: "And this man wants to be the head of our military?"
