Special Report: Bush Manufactured Hurricanes

John Kerry, citing evidence from a just-concluded secret study by his campaign, accused the Bush administration of manufacturing the hurricanes that are currently ravaging Florida and the Gulf of Mexico, in an effort to divert attention from the war in Iraq.

"We have obtained grainy security camera footage of what looks like documents handwritten by Andy Card, the White House Chief of Staff, which detail the plan to manipulate the weather patterns in Florida and the Gulf," said Kerry at a campaign stop in Paris, France.

"We can't tell for sure if that's what the documents contain, but it fits what we already know of this administration. When I was earning 3 Purple Hearts fighting in Vietnam, I never encountered corruption of this magnitude, even in a military chock full of war criminals."

When FoxNews, a right-wing mouthpiece, asked an obviously partisan question--"How was this information was obtained?"--Kerry answered quickly: "Don't question my integrity or my war record. We know Bushie did it."

I knew Bush viper was behind it.
Why? Follow the money, man.
For one thing, he wanted to displace all those black people, making it easier for the slavery operation he runs out of the White House. And he directed it toward New Orleans, to boost the price of gas and raise the value of his secret oil operation in Texas.
